The Network Information Security (NIS) team at PwC is searching for a talented security and technology professional to join the Swedish NIS team. Operating on a local, regional and global scale, Network Information Security (NIS) is responsible for the definition of our security strategy to hands on execution of our global Cyber Readiness Program, moving from predominantly local to centralized services.

As part of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) pillar, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business problems. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Lead the Business Information Security function, reporting to the CISO
Manage a small team of security analysts driving our application security program
Utilize project management skills in the delivery of security projects
Act as a trusted security risk advisor to the CISO and key stakeholders
Deliver subject matter expertise as an information security consultant to stakeholders across the firm
Develop a thorough understanding of internal security policies
Respond to client contract enquiries
Develop an information security metrics monitoring program
Contribute to internal risk analysis
Operate at the nexus of governance, compliance, and security operations
Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
What do you ideally need for this role?
At least 5 years of cross-functional experience across the information security domains
Experience providing enterprise security architecture consultation in a complex environment
Strong understanding of security, technology & risk management concepts
Project Management skills
Mature understanding of information security and its importance in a business environment
The ability to independently exercise judgment whilst navigating complex issues
The desire to work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes
Inquisitive nature and intuition regarding what questions to ask, when, and their relative significance - a desire and enjoyment to learn
Communication skills to assist, inform, and build relationships with stakeholders in both the business and support teams, to enable effective information security activities and processes aligned to the firm’s security strategy
Bachelor and/or Master’s degree. CISSP, CISM, or other similar management-level certification.
The ideal candidate resides in Sweden and has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Swedish.
