We are the Offshore Wind Talent Management & Learning team. The scope of our responsibility is global and covers early careers as well as talent programmes, leadership development, building career paths, managing our learning environment - and more. As our business grows, so do we and are looking for a Senior Expert Talent and Learning (d/f/m) with a focus on career paths development and learning environments to join our team.
Your future plans
- You design and implement global development programmes plus learning & career path journeys in collaboration with HR colleagues and our business. You act as a project manager
- Driving and supporting a range of development topics such as our global Employee Opinion Survey, our Offshore Academy or Succession Management play an important role in your position
- Furthermore, you take care of the evolution of our holistic organizational learning ecosystem to increase usability, standardize and improve processes for a great learning experience for our global organization
- You conduct workshops and development talks. Besides that, you derive measures based on individual development needs and target profiles
- Ensuring high-quality through continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of our portfolio and programmes via regular feedback loops, evaluations, etc. is self-evident for you
- You steer relevant cooperation partners like specialized consulting firms or coaches and identify trends in the area of people development
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your university degree preferably in (Business) Psychology, Personnel Development, Business Administration or other
- Moreover, you can convince us with your extensive expertise in people & leadership development and several years of professional experience in designing plus delivering learning & development journeys and training in a variety of formats in a corporate organization or a human resources consultancy
- You would like to use your know-how regarding the selection and management of external cooperation partners in your future role as well
- Your project management skills are advanced and excellent is the right word to describe your communication, presentation and moderation skills in English (German advantageous)
- Besides that, you would like to bring in your outstanding analytical and conceptual skills. Strong commitment and result orientation are one of your further strengths
- Others characterize you as an open-minded personality that is keen to question and continuously improve existing and newly established processes
- You love working in an international environment and have already gained such experiences. Therefore you are aware of the importance of your intercultural sensitivity
- Coaching education, experience with L&D technologies such as LMS, authoring tools or similar and affinity for IT would be a plus
