Your tasks
- As an occupational safety specialist, you are responsible for the coordination and implementation of overarching safety standards in technical consulting projects, primarily in the field of battery storage systems;
- Supporting the project and site management in all national and international projects (end-to-end) in any occupational safety-related issues;
- Sustainable further development of specifications and processes of the occupational safety management system according to ISO 45001 and the safety culture
- Support in the implementation of internal and external audits
- Ensuring consistent safety reporting
- Implementation support of legal (national and international) and internal occupational safety requirements and campaigns in operational practice and projects;
- Planning, preparation and implementation of occupational safety workshops and trainings
- Assessing occupational safety risks in the projects, the company's internal administrative areas and the testing/research areas, as well as deriving and following up on necessary measures
- Advise and actively support Group-wide global facility management on occupational safety issues.
- Contact person to the supervisory authorities
- Leading the methodological competence of international accident analysis teams
- Assumption of safety and health coordinator tasks according to "BauStellV" (German building regulations)
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering / occupational health and safety / environmental sciences or in a comparable discipline
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety, preferably in the field of power generation or construction sites
- Proven safety expertise in accordance with § 7 ASiG as an occupational safety specialist
- Further qualifications, such as safety and health protection coordinator according to construction site regulations or internal auditor ISO 45001 are an advantage
- Strong analytical and good communication skills
- Adaptability to dynamic situations, work environments and groups of people
- Goal-oriented and self-reliant way of working
- Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
- Business fluent in English
- Good knowledge of common Office applications and SAP
- High willingness to travel (~50 %)
