Reporting to the Head of Fleet Management & Support, your role as “Fleet Servicing Team Lead” will have responsibility for delivering offshore servicing of wind turbines from a Service Operations Vessel, across multiple offshore operational sites. As a newly established team, the team lead will be responsible for developing the strategy for servicing and then physical implementation and delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Fleet Management & Support, your role as “Fleet Servicing Team Lead” will have responsibility for delivering offshore servicing of wind turbines from a Service Operations Vessel, across multiple offshore operational sites. As a newly established team, the team lead will be responsible for developing the strategy for servicing and then physical implementation and delivery. The team size will be ~20 internal FTE (back, office planning and offshore Service Team leads (plus large external contractor workforce) with scope to grow depending on the future expansion to increase capability or service additional sites.
