RWE Technology International GmbH is active in national and international projects and accompanies all project phases, from project development to acceptance and optimisation during operation. As a electrical engineering department, we support all projects across all technologies (including H2 generation, battery storage, combined cycle power plants) with know-how, commitment and the will to keep learning.

Support us as an engineer with a focus on automation technology and process control technology on the way to a climate-neutral energy supply in the following areas:

• Basic engineering of control system and network architecture for new projects
• Concept planning of telecontrol connections of SCADA systems
• Design and programming of control functions
• Modification of automation technology to optimise ongoing operation
• Preparation of tender documents as well as bid review and evaluation
• Construction support and commissioning supervision
• Active participation in the design of internal processes and participation in external committees

Your powerful skills

• Completed degree in engineering (or comparable) with a focus on automation technology or process control technology
• Several years of professional experience and knowledge in project management
• Generalist knowledge of power generation, distribution and storage
• Overview of common control system architectures (e.g. Siemens PCS7 or ABB 800xA)
• Good insight into the operation and design of metrological components
• Business fluent in English
