The Talent Acquisition Partner- Student Programs (TAP/SP) plays a critical role at RWE Clean Energy as the team is often the first point of contact for external talent and college recruiting. We are currently adding a team member to support the business as it grows. In this role, you will focus on managing and expanding our current internship program and college recruiting. As a TAP/SP, the role will include identifying target schools, event participation, and branding efforts on campus. In addition, in this role, you will partner with an assigned client group to support full, life-cycle recruiting which includes proactively sourcing talent, screening & interviewing candidates, advising on best practices, negotiating, and extending offers. You will work closely with the VP, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to identify opportunities for students within various client groups, develop recruitment strategies to meet business needs and support new hiring managers as they move through the interviewing and selection process.
You are the subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition, your counsel is of high value. The ideal candidate will have college recruiting experience, a strong understanding of student programs, a strong sense of urgency in recruiting efforts, the ability to build pipelines and develop long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and an interest in process improvement. This is a Hybrid work schedule for the Austin office. Candidates located near our Chicago office may also be considered for a Hybrid schedule.
