As Project Manager Development Photovoltaics (m/f/d) you develop several solar projects in different phases until they are ready for construction. You will manage approval procedures and coordinate internal and external project participants. The regional focus is on Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein. 

Your tasks:

• Development of photovoltaic (PV) projects from the early phase to the investment decision and handover to the construction and operation team.
• Ensuring project budgets, targets, schedules and performance of assigned development projects
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams from internal departments and external service providers
• Work closely with Valuation, Commercial and Engineering teams to optimise project economics
• Lead the approval process and coordinate the project team of involved internal departments and external service providers (e.g. environmental consultants) and interact with all relevant stakeholders
• Conduct risk analyses/assessments and recommend mitigation measures.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Geography, Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field with at least two years of experience in PV project development in Germany.
• Knowledge of PV project development (greenfield and/or co-development with partners)
• Solid project management skills and in-depth market knowledge of the German renewable energy market
• Good analytical thinking coupled with initiative and commitment to successfully develop and drive projects forward
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) language skills
• High willingness to travel, especially in Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony
