RWE Renewables is looking for an expereienced Warehouse coordinator to manage and coordinate the site warehouses in Sundsvall and Trehörningsjö.
As Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for the Inventory of Warehouses in North of Sweden and the assurance of a proper operations of self-performed assets by provision of spare parts. Moreover, beside the Warehouses, you will be responsible for execution and coordination of all material movements by standardised processes.

Your tasks:
- Manage warehouse inventory of spare parts and perform inventory movements in SAP (and support in tools and other consumables & equipment’s if required)
- Ensure correct usage of our standard Warehouse Processes across all assets in cooperation with Site Manager and further local stakeholder
- Close cooperation with local Operations & Procurement to plan & purchase, and maintain spare parts in a cost effective and efficient manor leading to minimised cost and downtime for our assets
- Create Purchase requests for parts to be refurbished /repaired and coordinate shipments of these parts with vendors
- Ensure the highest level of HSE practices and regulatory compliance on all inventory and warehouse activities
- Planning & executing of inventory counts to ensure high accuracy and compliances for external audits
- Contribute and constantly improve warehouse standards & processes in cooperation with the complete Warehouse & Operation team in Europe Onshore
- Foster & execute central & local inventory optimisation and spare part saving initiates (for example by proactive material planning, MRP Usage in SAP; Refurbishments of spare parts)
- Create new materials in SAP and ensure high data quality of material records in cooperation with central team during the complete life cycle
- Plan & Support Warehouse Set-up & Structure to efficiently stored parts at the right place within a standardized structure and optimized layout (new & existing) e.g. 5 S Principle
- Support our growth into a sustainable future with new ideas, existing knowledge & experience and participation in projects
To be successful in this role we expect that you have:
- Several years (3+) working experience in warehouse & logistics; wind business preferably; alternatively in other O&M areas
- A suitable degree or similar in Warehouse / Material or Logistic
- Proven Experience and knowledge in MS Office and SAP MM
- First experience & interest in Process & Supply Chain Optimisation
- High flexibility, resilience and self-initiative
- Very good in self-organization and working independently
You are a team player, solution-oriented and have good communication skills with the ability to build up strong, efficient relationships with key stakeholder. We are an international team so communication is in English and/or Swedish.
