Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator
RWE Offshore Wind
The Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator will provide support to the Head of RWE Offshore Development (West) and an equal level of support to the West Coast Project Team as Project Assistant. The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain schedules, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide logistical and travel support, provide high level administrative support, and to work on complex related projects.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Manage and maintain Head of Development (West)’s Calendar, create meeting invites and agendas
• Plan and book all Head of Development (West)’s business travel including preparation of all necessary forms and documents
• Prepare Head of Development (West)’s Expense Reports
• Assist with time off requests and approvals
• Process and compose management correspondence
• Act as liaison between Head of Development (West) and internal and external contacts
• Provide high level administrative support for the Northern California Project, including document assimilation, preparation, and quality assurance
• Provide support in Project budget controlling process including SAP transactions, budget control orders, invoices, payments, etc.
• Support Project Leadership team with internal and external meeting invites and agendas
• Attend Project meetings as required and prepare meeting minutes, notes and/or action logs
• Act independently to organize and support meetings, conferences and events
• Other Project support duties as assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 + years of high level administrative support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven demonstration of analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology programs
• Previous experience with SAP or other enterprise level accounting and procurement software highly preferred Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:

• Ability to work independently and proactively on high level tasks and ability to demonstrate high standard of accuracy
• Possess the following competencies: reliability, confidence and accountability
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environments
