The VP of Insurance will oversee all insurance matters for RWE Clean Energy (RWECE) in the Americas, covering all regions, technologies, and policies. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with internal stakeholders, external insurance brokers, consultants, and the global RWE AG Insurance team in Germany. The desired candidate will balance protecting RWECE against potential risks while acting as a strategic partner to the business to support the significant growth ambitions in the Americas.
Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $153,500.00 - $230,000.00. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
