Become part of the energy transition: As an intern in the Human Resources department of RWE's Renewable Business, you will support the "Identfy & Develop" team of RWE Offshore Wind GmbH in exciting HR tasks in an international environment. From your first day, you will be a valuable team member, take on responsibility and participate in all team events.

These are your tasks:

We offer you a varied internship in which you have the opportunity to actively participate in our Early Careers topics and take on your own tasks. Early Careers includes our International Renewables Graduate Programme, commercial training and the introduction of a dual study programme. Take responsibility for important project steps and contribute to the successful implementation of the programmes:

• You support the supervision of students, graduates and trainees.
• You accompany the graduate selection process, from preparation such as the development of a marketing strategy and accompaniment of assessment centres to the conclusion of the contract, as well as support for onboarding events.
• You will gain an insight into the workings of a leading international company in the offshore wind industry and gain valuable experience in a global working environment
• You expand your project management skillset, HR know-how and develop your skills further

Your profile:

• You are studying economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree programme
• You have already gained some practical experience through internships or working student activities, ideally in an international context, large company or consulting firm.
• You are an organisational talent and proactively bring your own ideas into the team
• You work independently, are structured and communicate clearly and effectively
• You can set priorities and have proactive time management skills
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office programs and are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• You are available for a period of at least six months starting immediately and are keen to work in a dynamic, international team
