Your future plans
- Development of Transport and Installation concepts for RWE Renewables’ future projects
- Growing in a team of experts and contributing yourself from the first day
- Gaining in-depth and hands-on experience going offshore when we build our windfarms
- Building project schedules, assess the budget needed and coordination of our offshore construction activities
- Support budgetary proposal processes with domestic and international offshore construction companies
- Support the supply chain team with preparation of contracts and vessel charter with offshore construction companies
- Support technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies
- Support interface management to authorities and governmental bodies
- Support stakeholder management of pipeline projects
Your profile
- Degree or equivalent in Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, Marine Logistics or related areas
- Interest in project management and its interface to engineering
- Experience in transporting of large structures, preferably offshore WTG Foundations (eg monopolies, jackets, transition pieces, etc) and understanding of associated interfaces to ports, vessels and schedule, at least 2+ years
- Experience and knowledge of the offshore wind industry including relevant vessel market knowledge
- Intercultural communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable team player, self-starting and highly motivated
- A flexible approach to work and willingness to travel in Europe and APAC
- Ability and interest to work offshore and at heights from time to time
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
Desirable skills
- Specific experience with lifting engineering, vessel stability and roll on/off loading of components
- Experience in Offshore Wind Power to X Projects
- Ideally professional experience in project management in the marine or offshore segment
