Your future plans
As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) expert, you will play an important role in shaping and implementing RWE’s inclusive culture.  
Using your understanding of data and HR Processes you will drive additional insight through the assessment of leading and lagging DE&I indicators, manage our external rankings to support our continued development. You will also take ownership for the development and implementation of initiatives for RWE AG and across RWE.

Reporting to the Head of DE&I and working within a committed team, each bringing their unique perspectives to the table to achieve the best results. Collaborating with many stakeholders across RWE both in Germany and Internationally you will be able to push boundaries to make sure everyone in RWE can thrive.

• Responsible for our collaboration with and input to external benchmarking and certifications enabling continual development of our best practice approach and ensuring that RWE’s progress gets recognized externally
• Take ownership of stakeholder relationships to continue to build on our collaborative approach across RWE
• Develop and deliver effective initiatives, tools, resources in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and teams using a practical approach to develop our inclusive culture
• Work with stakeholders to review processes for opportunities to improve equity and inclusion
• Utilising internal and external data and research and metrics for an evidence based approach ensuring we are able to make the changes that matter

Your powerful skills

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g. in Human Resources) or equivalent work experience
• A background in a related field (e.g. Human Resources) with competence in understanding data and analytics using excel and similar tools 
• Able to communicate effectively in German and English (written and spoken) 
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities with a focus on core deliverables 
• Experience of working collaboratively within a large organisation to deliver specific projects or initiatives 
• Positive relationship building and influencing skills, especially in an international context
• A continuous improvement approach, taking opportunities to improve or simplify what's in place
• Strong understanding of Microsoft tools and willingness to learn and develop

Advantageous but not a must

• Previous experience in DE&I
