Are you passionate about talent development and eager to make an impact within a leading energy company in Germany? The Early Careers Team at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH is seeking a dedicated and proactive intern / working student to join us and contribute to elevating our Early Careers Programmes (non-technical Graduate Programmes, Apprenticeships and Dual Study Programmes) across our international locations such as Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore & the Unites States.

As an intern / working student within the Early Careers Team, you will be supporting the entire life cycle of our Early Careers Programmes in Germany, including attraction (e.g. participation in career events), recruitment, onboarding, programme management, development and offboarding.

Your main focus will include:

• Recruitment: Support the design and execution of our recruitment processes, including e.g. job postings, application management, organisation of Assessment Centers and communication with external agencies
• Onboarding: Helping to organise and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for our new joiners, ensuring they are well-integrated and informed
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on programmes, statistics and other relevant data
• Processes: Supporting to deliver and improve processes for our Early Careers Programmes which includes questioning the status-quo and suggesting (digital) improvements

Your powerful skills 

• Currently studying towards your Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or completing a post-university gap year 
• High level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
