Your mission
In this position, you support Global Operations in Voyager related processes by contributing with in-depth knowledge of the execution of the planning processes. As we're shifting towards a more process-oriented organization with the ambition to improve our customer experience, you act as the interpreter between the business and the technology world – explaining and raising awareness within the organization on how to best utilize Voyager performing best in class processes. You operationally support the users in specific applications and the work processes, and in close collaboration with the team, you’re responsible for collecting requirements, testing and implementation. On a tactical level, supporting the realization of our global strategy, you ensure the establishment of relevant business reports, KPI's and analytics based on data. Also, you proactively develop processes and deal with knowledge management where you create, maintain and store appropriate documentation to hand over to the end-users. Being involved in the development of the processes, you ensure continuous improvement and best practices in close collaboration with the end-users and Global process Owner!
You’re located in one of our Rock Tool´s offices in Europe, West Africa or NAM, and report to the Head of Operations Development seated in Sandviken, Sweden. Travel is expected under normal circumstances.
Your character
Your personality matters to us and being self-motivated and passionate you drive yourself to deliver results and improvements aligned with our corporate goals. As a true ambassador, you use your excellent way of communicating to promote “one way” approach to work around all units. You have extensive experience working in Voyager and have held positions within the entire planning process – skilled in Supply Chain, preferable from Planning. When it comes to education, you need a relevant degree – most likely within IT, Business, Supply Chain or Engineering.
You come with a profound understanding of how Information Technology can enable Supply Chain and what drives its overall performance. Having a structured and analytical approach in combination with a proactive mindset, you grasp the bigger picture and can easily transmit it to your stakeholders. As we act in a truly global environment, you need excellent English skills, and you have a natural talent to build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders. Although you enjoy working independently when scouting for innovative solutions, you truly believe that teamwork is the major key to success – crucial to create an environment of diversity and inclusion!
