About the job
In this position, you set the foundation for the yearly transfer pricing lifecycle for two of Sandviks Business Areas – Mining and Rock Solutions (SMR) and Rock Processing Solutions (SRP). This involves advising on various transactions regarding goods, services, intangible assets, and financial transactions, from a transfer pricing perspective. You also execute transfer pricing calculations for defined flows, perform process training and provide support in tax audits.
To ensure compliance with tax procedures and policies, you conduct investigations, analysis, and monthly reconciliation of transfer pricing-related accounts. You’re accountable for developing our transfer pricing tools and are part of related projects in the organization. We’re in the middle of implementing SAP Profitability and Performance Management as our solution managing the transfer pricing process, giving a great opportunity to develop processes and achieve our goals. Additionally, with our strong growth agenda, your job also includes M&A processes and integration of acquired companies.
The location for this position is Stockholm or Sandviken and we offer a hybrid work setup with a mix of office and remote work.

For this position, we’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in business administration, combined with a few years’ experience from a similar role. You’re well acquainted with Excel and systems like Power BI. Experience from our consolidation system OneStream and SAP Profitability and Performance Management tool is an advantage. Acting in a global setting calls for excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.
