Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Business Controller to join our Screening Solutions Division.
This role combines the responsibilities of both divisional Business Area Controller and Financial Analyst for EMEA (Europe/Africa) – which means that you’ll play a crucial part in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, supporting key decision-making processes within the Screening Solutions Division of Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions.
Your mission
Joining us in this role, you’re at the heart of our financial operations – providing invaluable financial insights and analysis to drive strategic decisions. Through collaboration with various divisional entities, you evaluate investments, assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives, and develop comprehensive business plans. You ensure the completeness and integrity of our financial data, monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, and analyze financial trends to identify areas for improvement.
Your job involves preparing financial reports, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. You proactively seek operational and profitability improvement opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. With your commitment to Occupational Health & Safety, you help us build and maintain a Zero Harm culture within the workplace.
You report to the Vice President of Finance at the Screening Solutions Division and have dotted line reporting to the Vice President of Screening Solutions EMEA. You’re based in Svedala or Malmö, Sweden.
Your profile
We’re looking for a finance professional with a relevant degree and several years of experience in business control, financial planning and analysis, or similar. You’re a cross-functional thinker with an inquiring and challenging mindset and proven analytical strengths. A customer-focused approach with the ability to develop and manage relationships is essential. Advanced proficiency in the MS Office package is required, in both written and verbal English.
