In this position, you’re responsible for ensuring that occupational safety, coordination and the work environment runs smoothly within our production unit in Västberga. By taking responsibility for and owning the production technical solutions, you ensure a sustainable strategy for technology, maintenance and quality work. In collaboration with the EHS specialist and production leaders, you ensure that our equipment have a stable performance and meets EHS requirements and that risks are minimized. Together, you make sure that the equipment design and manufacturing processes meet EHS legal requirements. You also perform risk analyses according to internal procedures.

You’re part of the management team in Västberga. Together, you develop ways to collaborate and manage safety responsibilities at your shared workplace. You oversee staff in production engineering, maintenance and quality. Together with your team, you conduct goal discussions and make sure to motivate and inspire them to develop their skills and make our company even better!
The location for this position is Västberga where you’re a present and encouraging leader.
Together you drive the development of forms of collaboration and coordinate the responsibility for protection at a joint workplace in your areas of responsibility.
We’re looking for an excellent leader with experience from a leading role in technology or maintenance. A background in quality management is a plus. With your interest in great leadership, you can motivate and excite your surroundings, always making sure to set an example for employees. Your natural drive enables you to set clear goals and follow up on these, and you always strive towards continuous improvement. Your humble and understanding leadership style help you meet the needs of different situations and team members. With excellent communication skills, you share messages in a way that is designed to the recipient's needs.
