SECO - Leadership Development Expert
For our Seco Global Learning and Development Team, we are seeking a Leadership Development Expert – a strong collaborator with solid knowledge of organizational development and a proactive/practical approach to leadership development. In this role you will lead and direct leadership development in connection to the Sandvik Capability Models (Leader, Expert, Employee) and the Company strategy. About the job
In this position, you will partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand their needs, and will develop a range of solutions and interventions to support their ongoing leadership development.
Based on the Sandvik Capability Models, you will create content, programs and paths which support leadership development for managers, experts and employees, so leadership potential is developed in line with organizational needs.
Produce Leadership development activities which incorporate a variety of learning methodologies and leverage multiple delivery approaches (ILT, virtual ILT, video, online, social learning, etc.) to ensure training is easy to utilize.
Develop and maintain an emphasis on internal learning with strategic use of internal champions and external partners where appropriate.
Track and drive measures of success/impact such as: business results, ROI, enhanced talent pipeline, retention and new behaviors clearly demonstrated.
The location for this position is flexible, however, business trips are included (15% average) in your job.
We are looking for someone with experience of 7-10 years of practical work in developing leadership within an organization, managerial background of 3-5 years with direct or matrix team. With focus on Diversity and Inclusion, change management, formulation of strategic plans and developing business cases, vendor management / developing learning ecosystems. If you have University Degree in Organizational Development/Organizational Leadership we see it as a strong plus.
You are a skilled MS Office user and in presenting to an audience using PowerPoint as your main tool. Working in a global organization calls for fluency in English, while knowledge of Swedish or other languages is a plus.
