About the job
Leading our Round Tools department, you have three managers reporting to you, and one of your main responsibilities is to provide strategic oversight for all related product portfolios. This involves ensuring that product specifications, options, and pricing are aligned throughout the line and that the lifecycle perspective is considered â maintaining consistency and coherence across the product offerings. Developing and communicating a clear customer value proposition is also crucial. By monitoring and analyzing the competitive landscape, you stay ahead of the curve and ensure that our products remain competitive and relevant in the market.
Additionally, to ensure that the product line is meeting its financial goals, you analyze and set global targets, monitor performance and correct deviations when necessary. To drive growth and maintain relevance, sponsoring new product development is also crucial. By defining and sizing market segments and conducting GAP analysis, you help to ensure that the product line is addressing the needs of the target market effectively and identify areas for potential growth.
The location for this role is flexible globally and some travel is included. You report to the Vice President of Product Offer and Innovation.
Your profile
Weâre looking for a senior leader with high business acumen, experience in strategic and tactical planning and of leading other leaders. You have good skills in stakeholder, project and portfolio management, and a broad understanding and knowledge of the industry and its business. Your experience is backed by a university degree in a relevant field of studies or equivalent work experience. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in both verbal and written English.
While your background is essential, we're equally interested in your soft skills! You have structure, organizational and analytical capabilities, as well as excellent collaboration skills. Youâre driven, independent and eager to explore new solutions and you genuinely know how to prioritize and make things happen â and don't hesitate to think outside the box.
