About the job
In this position, you develop sales support tools and provide technical and application expertise during sales and the product development processes – maximizing the benefits derived from our products and services. You have a great deal of communicative responsibility and keep yourself continuously updated and collect our customers’ needs and requirements, passing them on to our R&D Department and our Supply Chain Organization – ensuring high quality and high customer satisfaction. With comprehensive knowledge of our own offering and the market around us, you maintain and support the development process of new products and services. You work closely with our Business Manager to transfer product knowledge to the front-line organization.
For this job you’re preferably based in Svedala, Sweden, and global travel is included in the job.
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering and several years’ experience of working with technical support or product development. A background of working with wear protection is considered advantageous, as is experience from the mining and construction industry. Since we operate in a global setting, you communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional skills in Swedish are beneficial.
