About the job
In this position, you lead the communications efforts for the Offer Management and R&D function and take part in the functional management team. Working closely with the Vice President of the division, you support the management team with both strategic and practical implementation, with a focus on the strategic communications plan and contribute to linking global and local strategy. Using a wide range of communication channels, you create innovative, high-quality and well-timed content in your communication.

About you
We’re looking for an experienced communicator, with a degree in communication, journalism or equivalent skills and education. You have extensive experience in a similar position and are used to working in a global environment – in terms of cultural background and different professional groups, as well as experience of working in a management team. Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and Teams are key platforms for how we communicate and collaborate, and we consider experience in copywriting and storytelling a plus. As we’re a global organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

You have a strategic mindset while simultaneously being an operational doer who stays focused on delivering results in times of parallel assignments and deadlines. Change management communication is a key success factor in this job, and you understand how to prioritize activities that create value and how to communicate effectively with different stakeholders to stay relevant. You’re a self-starter with a collaborative and easy-going attitude and are curious to find new and smarter ways to communicate. You have an innovative mindset and enjoy learning new digital tools.
