Developers play a critical role in enabling brands to deliver engaging experiences and the developer experience plays a crucial role in the success of our platforms and developer community.

About the Role:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for what drives the user experience from behind the scenes. You’ll own everything non-functional, including release management, external components and various APIs. You will work in collaboration with the Product Owners in charge of back-end components and with the rest of the product management, engineering, marketing, partner, and customer-facing teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the execution of the product lifecycle focusing on SaaS experience, DevEx, APIs and users’ non-functional experience of the product, including external components
• Translate the non-functional parts of the product strategy into detailed Epics and Stories for prototyping and production-ready development by engineering teams
• Ensure roadmap and other documents, such as non-functional requirements, are updated, transparent and clearly communicated to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain guidelines on best and fair practices around configurations, customisations, API usage, third party tools and external components to bring clarity and transparency on the performance impact of various choices made by Content Hub customers’ users and developers
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architects, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products
• Focus on metrics to ensure non-functional requirements are being adhered to and appropriate actions are taken

What You Need to Succeed:

• Demonstrated experience delivering innovative software products in a product management role
• Strong technical experience with tools or technologies that are commonly used by engineering teams
• The drive to lead the product vision with sufficient detail in order to be successful operationally
• Excellent multi-tasking skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once

• Past experience as a software engineer
• Experienced in product management of Software-as-a-Service solutions
