About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join Sitecore’s growing Customer Transformation team. Customers are constantly seeking to transform and keep up with changes in digital marketing. Sitecore’s Customer Transformation (CTx) practice works with C-level leadership at Sitecore’s enterprise clients to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. The global team is comprised of insightful industry engagement experts, seasoned Sitecore strategists, and expert value consultants who understand customer pain points, challenges, and how to provide the best digital customer experience possible. Customer Transformation is a global team that is closely aligned with the wider Customer Success organization.
Digital experience strategists will work closely with Sitecore’s industry engagement leads and value consultants to provide strategic advisory for key accounts and prospects. The team frequently works on customer transformation initiatives alongside a variety of Sitecore colleagues like Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Partners and Sales Leadership. The CTx team is committed to increasing lifetime value and serving as trusted advisors to Sitecore’s key customers.
You would be joining a diverse, global, senior-level and growing team that works face-to-face with a wide range of client and partners stakeholders, from practitioner to CXO level.
What You’ll Do:
In this role as a Digital Experience Strategist, you will continually research innovative best practices and industry trends and synthesize findings into insightful frameworks or thought leadership. You will support account leads with discovery and preparation for strategic engagements with key accounts. The individual in this role will also deliver internal programs that enable Sitecore colleagues to speak strategically about customer challenges and articulate the business value of Sitecore.
The Digital Experience Strategist will facilitate customer engagements and produce strategic artifacts, examples: Industry Benchmarking Reports, Persona Development, Customer Journey Maps, Digital Maturity Assessments, User Experience Flows, Survey Analysis, and Trend Reports. You will collaborate with value engineers to refine and evolve Sitecore value frameworks (ROI measurement, benefits) for Sitecore’s composable products.
We are seeking self-motivated, creative and curious individuals who can effectively communicate how digital experience software can transform a customer’s business and support their strategic objectives.
