About the Role/ The opportunity 
Sitecore is seeking a proven Product Manager who is passionate about advancing the future of content-driven digital experiences. You will help us drive the future direction of content management capabilities for our flagship Experience Manager (XM) Cloud SaaS product, which we launched last year and is experiencing tremendous growth through its ability to meet the needs of both developers and marketers who want to rapidly create and deliver modern digital experiences. 
 
As the Product Manager for XM Cloud’s content management services, you will own product direction and strategy for critical content management capabilities that drive the market appeal of XM Cloud. You will execute on the initiatives collaboratively with Design and Engineering to bring the new product capabilities to market, driving product adoption and business growth.

What You’ll Do 

• Engage with marketers, developers, and Sitecore practitioners at the world’s most visible brands to understand market problems and identify product opportunities. 
• Represent the market perspective for your areas of responsibility at Sitecore, and influence and drive the product vision and strategy that enables our customers to accelerate the creation and delivery of modern digital experiences.
• Inspire high-performing product team
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to prioritize product capabilities to be designed, built, and delivered.
• Manage the product roadmap for your solutions.
• Communicate product value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive adoption for the solutions you bring to market.
• Collaborate across Sitecore and its partner community to transform customers into loyal fans.

What You Need to Succeed 

• Leadership DNA - proven ability to set a vision, excite, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience launching enterprise SaaS products.
• 4+ years of experience in product management for a technology focused business.
• Experience with software development processes (e. Agile, SAFe, Scrum).
• Technical proficiency to successfully partner and collaborate with Engineering.
• An entrepreneurial drive to achieve positive outcomes that grow the business.
• Attention to detail in opportunity analysis and requirements documentation. 
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart 

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience at a digital agency architecting and delivering modern multichannel experiences for clients.
• Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
• Experience with Headless CMS or Content-as-a-Service platforms in the Jamstack.
• Knowledge of React and web development (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js, Gatsby, or others.
• Experience in pricing & packaging, go-to-market plans, partner & sales enablement.
• Sitecore MVP status.
