About the Marketing Executive role...
We are looking for a German speaking Marketing Expert to join out team. Your focus will be in creating and delivering local marketing initiatives to raise our brand profile and demand generation within the assigned region. You will play a critical role in the delivery of the regional marketing plans to drive pipeline and improve sales conversion.
As a key member of the SiteMinder marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, organising and executing field marketing and demand generation activities for the DACH region. You will own the seminar and prospect events, roadshows and webinars calendar, manage 3rd party advertising promotions, industry associations programmes, and ensure local relevance in order to drive new business and growth.
You will work closely with the DACH Sales (Regional Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Sales Executives) and Sales enablement team to better align Sales and Marketing working relationships and collaboration.
You will work and tap into the global marketing team (Sydney based), channel specialists such as campaign marketing, paid media (SEM/Paid Social) and content and customer marketing to deliver your integrated plan in the region, and ensure that feedback is well documented and received.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills.
This role will report into the Marketing Director - Field (based in London).
What you'll do...
Create awareness of the brand you're marketing, either SiteMinder or Little HotelierCommunicate with target audiences (ICP/TAM) through integrated campaignsCreate and deliver the regional marketing plan, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns to generate pipeline MoMSource advertising and PR opportunities (with the support of the PR team)Own a repository of case studies, testimonials, and advocates to push our messaging to market through endorsement and WoMWork closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and advertisements that feeds the sales funnelWrite and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns in your local languageGive guidance to the content team to which content works in your region and will need translation and localisationProvide guidance to run paid ads, paid socials in your territoriesReport and review all campaigns and track their successOrganise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, tradeshows, roadshows, speaking opportunitiesSource and secure sponsorships with local associationsDevelop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, product, customer success team etcWork closely with the local sales team, including executing outbound sales initiativesWhat you have...
