The Business Manager of SiteMinder Pay will be responsible for the commercial growth of our Pay product, working under the guidance of the VP of Transactions, they will be responsible for the successful execution of go-to-market strategy for new features, business process optimisation and frictionless customer experience. To be successful in this role the Business Manager will have an ability to operate effectively through influencing peers across functions and work closely with a broad range of stakeholders within the business. SiteMinder Pay plays a significant role in SiteMinder’s growth aspirations. You will be part of a tightly knit team, and work with colleagues globally to help define new initiatives and deliver frictionless customer experiences as we grow and scale.
What you'll do...
Ownership of SiteMinder Pay business prioritisation and impact, while working closely with the Product managers on future product led growth strategies. Accountable for the delivery of initiatives such as the Pay’s Enterprise strategy and go-to-market strategy for new features to drive the overall commercial growth. Single point of contact for support escalations for Pay product as well as day to day oversight of business operations. Work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Onboarding, CS & Marketing to solve for complex business processes and deliver smooth customer experience on Pay. What you'll have...
