We are looking for a Compensation & people Analytics specialist, that will have a key role in developing, implementing and putting our compensation & people analytics strategies to practice.
Using your potential, you will
Stena Metall is currently implementing Workday through which we aim to enhance the employee experience. You will have an important part in the development of our Workday compensation and people analytics processes.
It starts with you
To fit the role, you should have a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, combined with experience in Human Resources, Compensation and people data. In addition, you have
You are a Team-player with well-developed communication skills in Swedish and English. Experience of working in an international organization is an advantage.
