As a digital user experience designer, you will be an important part of the digital product teams. You are the one who take on an active role in improving end-user needs, which you attempt to satisfy with products that make their audience happy. You consult with many stakeholders to better understand their needs and goals, conduct usability testing, create digital product prototypes, and conduct competitor and user analyses. We believe that you have excellent people skills. You are curious and act on feedback to ensure that the end-user has a pleasant experience. You must understand what drives people to take the action they do and learn from that information to design the product.
The role of the team that you will belong to is to build and continuously improve digital products for the logged in customer at Stena Recycling. We explore new B2B business models that put customer and user experience at the center. We create new value chains and constantly search for new business opportunities. With digital technology we drive growth, revenue, and performance as an addition to the traditional business.
