Stena Metall Group IT is a strategic partner and supplier of IT services, services and projects to all companies within the Stena Metall Group. At Group IT, we offer technical solutions and services tailored to the specific needs of our various companies and we work closely with our customers to design, implement and support solutions that drive value for the Stena Metall Group's various companies.

As IT Delivery Lead you will be part of the domain community where you coordinate, prioritize, and plan the work in close collaboration with the business Capability Owner and Teams to ensure lifecycle management for applications within a specific capability.   

You will be responsible for implementing roadmaps and managing continuous improvements within your area of ​​responsibility.As IT Delivery Lead you are e2e responsible from application layer to infrastructure level. You will work with both internal and external resources to secure the e2e delivery of the solutions.  You will be working in close collaboration with an IT Domain Owner who has the overall responsibility for IT deliveries for a specific domain area.

In the following areas we are now looking for additional IT Delivery Leads who are strong relationship builders and who thrive in a dynamic environment with many interactions, both with business stakeholders as well as various IT teams:

Production & Logistics

Key responsibilities – include, but are not limited to: 

• To ensure lifecycle management, implement roadmaps and manage continuous improvements.
• Be e2e responsible from applications/products/services layer to infrastructure.
• Identify efficient solutions to business requirements in collaboration with internal resources and/or external partners.
• Work as a contact point between the business and IT within your area of responsibility.
• Secure Governance framework compliance.

It starts with you!

• You have experience working as Application Manager, Service Manager and/or Project Manager
• You are a person with strong collaboration skills with proven track record of building trustful relationships
• A teammate with experience of agile ways of working
• Experience from production or logistics areas
• Thrive in a changing environment

Other qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of similar role or working experience
• Degree in BSc or higher education
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
