As an Enterprise Architect, you will shape and manage our company’s overall IT architecture from a holistic perspective. Your mission is to ensure that technical strategies support business goals and that our information systems are efficient, flexible, and sustainable.
Using your potential, you will:
- Define frameworks, principles, and governance models for architecture.
- Ensure architectures meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document architecture descriptions, including process models, integration views, and information models.
- Conduct architecture reviews and define reference architectures.
- Ensure compliance with Stena Metall’s principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver effective, manageable solutions.

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect who is:
- Pragmatic and proactive, with a strong business mindset.
- Experienced in driving impactful architecture work across diverse teams and organizations.
- Curious and driven—you don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen.
- You are a true team player with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
In addition, we believe you have
- An academic degree and 5+ years documented experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar strategic architecture role.
- Completion of recognized EA training, such as Coridial’s programs or the Swedish Computer Society’s EA education, is advantageous.
- Practical experience in developing governance models, target architectures, and capability maps.
- Familiarity with common notations such as ArchiMate, C4, BPMN, UML, and Crow’s Foot is appreciated.
- Leadership experience and the ability to drive change initiatives.
- Strong ability to communicate with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
