Contact Centre Agent, Holyhead
An opportunity has arisen for a strong customer services agent to join our Contact Centre in Holyhead. As part of a successful customer support team, you will be responsible for booking a range of Stena Line products and handling customer queries primarily via telephone and digital channels. You will have a professional and friendly manner, helping to optimise sales and assist customers who wish to travel with us.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and emails received into our main lines and CRM system
- Advising customers on available products and increasing booking value by upselling products
- Maximising sales margins, working to drive conversion and revenue
- Advising on customer queries and providing assistance

Qualifications & Skills:
- Accustomed to working in a busy customer support and sales environment
- Good numerical skills
- Able to quickly and accurately enter data into our systems
- Strong communicator
- Proactive contributor who works well as part of a team and enjoys working under pressure
- Adaptable, flexible and reliable.
