Fleet Chef, Irish Sea

In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting delectable dishes that meet the unique dietary needs and preferences of our clients, all while following detailed specifications. Some of your key responsibilities:

• Prepare meals according to specified recipes and requirements.
• Follow detailed specifications to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.
• Provide training and guidance to junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef or Food Service Manager to plan and execute special events or themed meals.
• Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Cookery or equivalent
• UK Right to Work
