Onboard Sales and Services Manager - Rosslare/Cherbourg
Are you our new Onboard Services Manager? We are looking for people to join the Stena Line team and enjoy the benefits of a life less ordinary. In the role of Onboard Sales and Services Manager you will be responsible for all things Onboard Sales and Services including managing the day to day activities of the department and crew. You will be accountable for ensuring excellent customer service in all of our guest outlets onboard. You will be able to comprehend financial targets and be responsible for the financial results of the department. You will optimise OSS financial performance ensuring all relevant KPI targets are met. You will coach, facilitate and develop winning teams, and promote colleagues to exceed the service expectations of our passengers.

This is a permanent position based on the Rosslare/Cherbourg route within our OSS department.
At Stena Line we offer a competitive consolidated monthly salary along with an extensive Marine Benefits package providing medical cover for you and your family while you are onboard and at home. You will spend six exciting weeks working on board our newly refurbished vessel and spend six relaxing weeks at home. All meals will be provided onboard and you will have your own comfortable cabin. Our dedicated personnel officers will coordinate your travel to and from the vessel to ensure smooth and hassle free embarkation and disembarkation.
