About The Role
We’re looking for outstanding commercial graduates to join our operations graduate programme beginning in September 2024.
We want to find the art of the possible and it begins here in our critical infrastructure division, helping deliver a world class rental experience. Help us turn what if into what is, all the while finding ways where we can exceed customer expectations, optimise our machines and operations.
Alongside your on-the-job training, you’ll go on the Sunbelt Graduate Journey where you’ll have a roadmap of development to support your career. When you join us, you’ll be given a full induction to the business and also be appointed a mentor to guide you through the 2 year programme.
About the programme
Year One- You will experience 3 month rotations in different parts of our business not only experiencing the day to day operation but also undertaking project work on specific areas such as sustainability, customer excellence, operational excellence, safety.
Year Two- You will complete 2 placements in different areas of the business having full accountability for commercial performance. In this year you will also be working on a specific project on behalf of the managing director of the business allowing for greater insight into the business model and future opportunities
Some of the areas which will be covered in your development will include stakeholder management, influencing, business finance, personal effectiveness and how to be a great leader. All supported by a member of our talent team who are there to ensure at the end of the scheme you move into your first appointment but also to ensure you remain supported throughout your career with Sunbelt Rentals.- A starting salary of £27,000.

To be considered for this role you must have as a minimum:
- A degree (minimum 2:2) in commerce, business, finance or other disciplines considered – (or due to complete this by September 2024).
- Be able to start in the business full time in early September 2024.
- Hold the relevant right to work within the UK.
- Be fully flexible and geographically mobile as the role will require extensive UK travel.
