What you’ll be doing

As a Lead Scientist, your role is going to be diverse.

You will join a multidisciplinary team and get involved in every aspect of product development including formulation, analytical method development, product testing and stability. You will be involved throughout the phases of development from feasibility, through clinical development and into product registration.

You will be an essential part of our Pharmaceutical Development team, getting involved in a wide range of laboratory and analytical activities, applying your technical knowledge to problem-solving, investigating, and finding solutions for patients

Our projects are as varied as our roles. You will be involved in supporting Vectura’s own projects, co-development work, and our CDMO delivery projects too.

We are quick to recognise and implement the input of our team. You will also be involved in continuous improvement activities, which help us to better execute future projects.

Does this sound like you?

You are a degree-educated, and experienced Scientist, with either a formulation or analytical development skillset.

Every day brings us exciting new challenges. You thrive on problem-solving and you’re be able to lead concurrent protocols, communicating effectively with the wider team

Any previous experience in inhalation would be a massive benefit but isn’t essential.
