We are looking for a Head of Marketing, Brand & Communications

Do you want to be responsible for developing and executing our marketing plan from the tools used to the content delivered, WirelessCar brand management and communication?

This is a new role established to manage WirelessCar’s overall marketing and communication both internally and externally. We offer you a highly operational role with the need of a strategic thinker and one not afraid to be a profile in our industry. 

You will work in close collaboration across the organization and throughout the connected vehicle industry as a whole. The goals are to increase the awareness of WirelessCar, attract new business opportunities, and keep WirelessCar as an organization informed and engaged.

Key Responsibility

• Create and execute the overall marketing and communication plans to support our strategy and market position
  
• Be an evangelist of and for WirelessCar internally to our employees, locally in Gothenburg and Globally to the WirelessCar market
• Manage, lead and develop the Marketing & Communications department
• Be a strategic thinker and planner and able to execute on an operation level
• Execute Marketing plans with your team together with outside agency support
• Manage the WirelessCar brand platform including the brand guidelines, visual identity and brand tool box
• Responsible for communication plans to support the company’s strategy and market position
• Performance management of direct reports, including goal setting and execution

You also have

• Understand complex buyer journeys and making the complex tangible, attractive and relevant
• Have a 360 view on channels/messages and how they support each other
• B2B marketing experience with a customer obsession perspective
  
• Experience in the automotive industry and/or software development
• Higher education in marketing and digital marketing experience
• Experience managing/moderating events/webinars and PR/Ad
• Experience and knowledge in brand management
  
• Company language is English and Swedish language is beneficial

At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup and the work location is in the Gothenburg region.
