Do you want to be one of three delivery units managers and join a newly formed management team responsible for the deliveries in the Connected Services area?

About the Role

As a Manager for a delivery unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our portfolio of solutions that power the future of automotive connectivity.

You will develop and lead a management team of line managers and customer delivery managers. Together, you will ensure the delivery unit has the structure and resources needed to deliver exceptional value to our customers while fostering a workplace best in class. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strategic thinking together with a passion for delivering software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the Connected Services deliveries to one or several of WirelessCar customers, meaning both development and operations for the full lifecycle management of services.

A crucial part is aligning the delivery unit objectives with WirelessCar’s objectives, vision and mission and ensure that the work is according to our Spirit.

As Manager for a delivery unit you will lead and coordinate activities in the management team and you are also accountable for the financial results.

• Ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals in the solution portfolio
• Responsibility for ensuring delivery, operational execution, and ongoing performance.
• Drive portfolio-level priorities, balancing resources, addressing risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Drive talent management, recruitment, development and succession planning.
• Continuously improve Ways of Working within the solution unit.
• Act as the primary escalation interface for customers within the portfolio.

We believe that you have experience of leadership, program management, business development, software and agile development. 

We believe you are genuinely interested in people. To succeed in this role you need several years of solid experience in leading other leaders. You also have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions which is needed to lead WirelessCar into the future.

• Great communication, collaboration and coaching skills
• Experience of DevOps, Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Ability to lead yourself and to adapt your approach to different people team constellations and maturity stages
• Fluent English, in both speech and writing
