We are looking for a Process Consultant to join our growing Business Solutions team. A Process Consultant is the identifier of process gaps between customers “As is” and “To be” situation in their digital transformation journey in a PLM context. The Process Consultancy department is expected to grow rapidly in the coming few years and offers a lot of career opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging PLM expertise to add value to customers' operations through the Dassault Systemés 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) portfolio.
It's a blend of technical insight and customer-facing skills aimed at process improvement, performed in close collaboration with our Business Consultants. You’ll be working closely and partially on-site at our most important customers and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
What you'll do...
Focus on improving the efficiency and productivity of various customer processes.
Guide and coach customer accounts through the implementation of new processes, ways of working and tools and ensure a smooth adoption
Continuously improve and refine implemented solutions
Aligned with the sales team; develop technical strategy on assigned scope
Engineer the solutions to optimize the evaluated processes.
Demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the 3DX portfolio
Planning and coordination of customer programs and projects.
About you...
We expect you to be passionate about digital business transformation and keen on learning and exploring new technology and software. Having an engineering background, you probably also have experience in:
Digital business transformation processes
Experience in methodology-based consultancy deliveries
Working with and within PLM software from Dassault Systemès, Siemens, PTC or similar
You possess:
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English language (oral and written)
Ability and experience in efficient teamwork internally as well as in customer relationships.
Proven ability in inspiring trust, being credible and reliable.
