Position Summary

Zalaris are looking for an SAP Functional Solution Architect located in the United Kingdom with a focus on HR and Payroll. Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the review, evaluation, and analysis of customer requirements.
- Responsible for recommending and designing integrated solutions which meet customer needs.
- Provide expertise and guidance to the project team concerning configuration and integration.
- Guiding and supporting the functional team through implementations to ensure that the desired and feasible solutions are delivered as per project agreements.
- Control and manage the key HR and payroll solution designs for SAP projects.
- Lead and participate in workshops and requirement sessions concerning to ensure client requirements are being met with the solution.
- Contribute to integration and architecture decisions concerning HXM solutions.
- Support both senior and junior resources with project solution challenges and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support in the setup of HR environments and system access across client landscapes. This includes cutover and migration between client instances.
- Support effective collaboration between onshore and offshore teams to ensure that the solution is as per client requirements.
- Providing support to the interface workstreams to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained for project solution documentation.
- Preparing and assist in the delivering of solution awareness sessions to key stakeholders and project team members.
- Supporting the quality review of all final project documentation for handover to client and Zalaris support team.
- Support our current clients with workshops, fixes, proposed solutions and advice.
- Ensuring knowledge and skills are kept current.
Education & experience
- University degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a technical field or HR.
- Experience in the HR field and processes is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of UK payroll processing.
- Experience in handling and working on multiple assignments.
- Managing diverse stakeholders and contributing to steering boards.
- Experience in formulating solutions across complex landscape comprising of diverse applications and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP HR Payroll solutions for customer projects.
- 10+ years’ experience across SAP HCM and payroll with at least 2 years as a solution architect.
- Working with customer partners and suppliers to ensure delivery of project objectives.
- Awareness of a broad range of project implementation approaches and methodologies.
