Position Summary
Zalaris global AMS (Application Maintenance Services) team is looking for new colleague to join Riga office. As SAP HCM Specialist you will be involved in system configuration for different Zalaris clients. You will work closely with other SAP consultants from different countries, contributing to global projects, and fostering international relationships. If you have an experience with SAP or other ERP system, apply now and become an expert with us!
Your Responsibilities
- Configuration of SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time, Travel) and Zalaris products
- Handling change orders and service requests (3rd Line client support)
- Be an advisor to customers regarding best practice processes and set up in the system
- Communication with different functional teams and departments in the organization
- Provide technical descriptions and work estimates, for change requests in cooperation with other units
- Participate in specific customer projects.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Very good English language skills
- German language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to plan work and make priorities
- Willingness and ability to deliver good customer service
- Initiative and proactive personality
