Role
Effective recruitment is essential for the growth of a company. As Talent Acquisition Partner Latvia for Zalaris, you are responsible for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process in Latvia, managing the full end to end recruitment cycle for a wide range of customer service, operations and technical roles of different levels. You will report directly into the Global Director for Talent Attraction & Acquisition and be part of a vibrant international team of passionate Talent Acquisition professionals. You are also closely partnering with our HR Business Partner for the region and our line managers.
Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless and transparent Talent Acquisition experience for all parties
- Align closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, candidate selection criteria and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Support creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for the role and guide hiring managers with market data and best practices
- Source potential candidates via social media platforms, e.g. LinkedIn and other local professional networks, and screen direct applications on job postings
- Guide candidates through the Talent Acquisition process (interviewing, assessments, background checks, onboarding)
- Conduct Talent Acquisition video screens and present qualified candidates to the hiring managers
- Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events and collaborate with Latvian universities to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain contacts with external parties, like local jobsites
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
- closely manage the hiring process documentation in our ATS (SuccessFactors Recruiting)
- Support internal talent development initiatives
- Lead different employer branding initiatives and act as a Zalaris brand ambassador
Experience and skills
- University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics etc.)
- 2 to 5 years recruitment experience, preferably with high volume recruitment
- Very good sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn & creative recruiting tactics)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and English
- Ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
