We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to create. optimize, and elevate our strategy and deliverables for the Company. You will be focusing on Accountability for specific areas and functional responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control)
Registration of new hires / terminations / employment changes in employment register
Maintenance of organizational structure
Absence /attendance registration and handling
Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)
Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive
Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position
Requirements
Master's in human resource, finance or a related field.
3-5 years' experience in HR data and payroll processing.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., C4C, payroll software).
