Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Developer to design and enhance SAP HR solutions, supporting key business processes and ensuring smooth integration within the broader SAP ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ABAP programs, reports, and forms for SAP HR modules, ensuring efficient and optimized code

• Enhance SAP HR functionality by implementing user exits, BAdIs, and other customization techniques

• Integrate SAP HR with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, PM) and external systems to support seamless workflows

• Collaborate with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP HR processes, ensuring system reliability

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows and user guides

• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure program quality and compliance with business requirements

• Stay updated on SAP HR trends and propose system improvements to optimize processes

Your Experience and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on SAP HR (HCM) modules

• Strong knowledge of SAP HR functionality (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management)

• Experience with custom ABAP programming, OOABAP, debugging, performance optimization, and SAPscript/Smart Forms/Adobe Forms development

• Knowledge of BAdIs, User Exits, and other enhancement techniques in SAP

• Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and data modeling

• Hands-on experience on SAP upgrade projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors integration experience

• SAP ABAP certification

• Familiarity with HR data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local HR laws)
