What the role looks like:
- Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling/renewing products/services
- Offer upsell opportunities
- Work within the dedicated territory for clients
- Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
- Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
- Promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviours and accelerating the customer's time to value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner
- The working hours for this role are M/F, late shift from 15:30 pm till 12:00 am
- Work from the comfort of your home (remote position).
Your profile:
- Fluent level of Portuguese – both written and spoken
- Good level of English language
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred
- Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience working with MS Dynamics CRM or similar will be an advantage
- Keen on new technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
