Over the history of the team, we have been involved in some of the largest Nordic based deals, assisted with IPOs, carve-outs, due diligences and worked along-side our international colleagues and clients on HR and people related matters across the globe.
The HR & Pensions team with Deal Advisory in Stockholm currently comprises of six specialized HR & Pensions professionals with various backgrounds offering in the fields of due diligence, integration and separations and other types of HR & pensions related advisory. We are an international, collaborative and high-performing team who takes pride in creating an inclusive and professional environment, offering a steep learning curve for both professional and personal growth. The official work language in the team is English. We apply a hybrid approach to our workplace where it is possible to work both from our offices and from distance. Most of us are based in Stockholm, but we welcome applicants based in any city in Sweden or are planning to relocate to Sweden.
Your role
You will, together with our team, mainly support our clients with HR related M&A projects spanning the entire deal-cycle from pre-deal due diligence to post-deal integration and separations. As a consultant specialized in HR you will work with analysis of HR and employment related matters, including but not limited to quantifying people related risks and opportunities, designing HR functions, analyzing incentives and benefits, formulating strategies around workforce transitions, etc.
We are looking for a driven individual who places high requirements on quality and are longing to work in an inclusive and professional environment that offers a steep learning curve. We are looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of professional experience working in either an HR advisory role (e.g., as a corporate specialist or consultant), or a background in complex project management with a strong interest in HR and people related topics. You already display strong analytical skills and are interested in deepening your knowledge of HR in a M&A context.
As the work includes both analysis and contact with clients and other advisors, you have a business mindset, an analytical way of thinking and the ability to build good relationships. Fluency in English is a requirement, additional languages are an advantage.
